Returns available on eligible orders within 30 days from order receipt. For made-to-measure or personalized gloves it is possible to request a return within 14 days from order receipt just in case it has been received an item which differs from what it was ordered. To be eligible for the return the gloves have to be unused, labeled and in the original packaging.

Gently clean the gloves with a soft, slightly damp cloth, using light movements and avoiding excessive pressure or rubbing. If desired, the inside may be carefully refreshed in the same way, ensuring that no excess moisture is applied. Allow the gloves to dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. When not in use, store them in their original box with the dry pack, in a cool and dry place, to help preserve the leather’s softness, shape, and natural beauty.

For each order a tree is planted in collaboration with Eden Reforestation Projects. All shippings are carbon neutral since we support carbon dioxide removal companies (Planetary, Charm and Heirloom). Our leather supplier is LWG certified.
