Long stretch leather opera gloves crafted from supple Italian lambskin bonded to an elastic inner layer for an exceptionally close, second-skin fit.
Cut in a dramatic 16-button length, the silhouette extends beyond the elbow and follows the hand and arm with uninterrupted precision. The leather stretches fluidly around the body, tracing its individual contours while preserving a smooth, sculptural line.
Unlike the other long leather gloves in the Aladisio collection, this design is distinguished by its extraordinary elasticity. A fine stretch layer is bonded beneath the Italian lambskin, allowing the material to expand generously and return closely around the arm. The result is an intense, enveloping fit that appears almost fused with the wearer.
Exceptionally supple and responsive, the lambskin moves naturally with every gesture. Its elasticity allows the glove to remain remarkably fitted without sacrificing freedom of movement, creating a silhouette that feels intimate, fluid and uniquely precise.
Worn fully extended, it creates a sharp and statuesque line. Allowed to gather softly along the arm, the elastic leather forms sensual folds while retaining its distinctive closeness to the body.
Each pair is made to order, with the leather, colour and finish prepared individually for the commission.
